Brent Kepner, is the Broker / Owner at Kepner Realty LLC. Brent was born and raised in Elkins and is very familiar with almost every “hill & hollar around here”.

Brent has always had an interest in the Real Estate business and in 2014 he obtained his West Virginia Salespersons license and quickly became immersed in the business obtaining his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and earned the National Association of Realtors Green designation with regards to energy efficiency and sustainability.  In 2019 he successfully passed the West Virginia Real Estate Brokers coursework and exam and opened Kepner Realty LLC.

Brent is also the Owner / Photographer of Foto 1 Pro Photo LLC for over 30 years where he is a familiar face around town photographing the people and events of the area.  He has earned the Master of Photography and Certified Photographic Craftsman degrees with the Professional Photographers of America and has won numerous awards and accolades for his artwork and is also an FAA commercial licensed drone operator.
